Family-founded since 2018

Built For Tampa Bay Homes and Weather

Founded in December 2018, SunLife began with a simple goal. Husband-and-wife team Kevin and Jessica Stroh wanted to build a company homeowners could count on for honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and a straightforward experience. What started with a single seamless gutter crew has grown into a trusted exterior company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Tampa Bay with seamless and Super Gutters, screen rooms, lanais, soffit and fascia, and drainage solutions.

As a Family-founded business, we believe great service starts with clear communication. We take the time to understand your project, explain your options, and recommend the right solution for your home, never more than you need. From your free consultation to the final walkthrough, you'll know what to expect every step of the way.

Whether you're replacing an aging gutter system, building a new screen room, or preparing your home for Florida's rainy season, our team is committed to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and making the entire process as simple and stress-free as possible.
